His experience in the business allows him to forsee any problems and provide several solutions for which I could choose. He never pushed his agenda, always ensuring that I was making a decision that best suited my needs. I had quite a bit of work to do to get the most out of my sale and Shawn worked patiently for months encouraging me in the process. When signing the papers he was thorough in his explanations of all my questions, and provided plenty of information that would protect me in the future. His professionalism extends not only in his personal interactions, but also through the process of paperwork. His use of the latest technologies created ease in all aspects of the sale, most especially with regard to paperwork (I wish my lender made it so easy!). Mr. Tanara's humility was displayed when he didn't assume I would use him to purchase another home. When I asked if he would help me with that process he said that he was honored that I would ask. How could I not. I know that with Shawn I will make the most informed decision, and mostly enjoy an often arduous process. Shawn is extremely good at what he does. He is all about attention to details and giving you all of the information and ample time to make thoughtful decisions. He treated us as if we were his family and taught us what to look for in a home. He had even gone to the city hall with me to see if I can do a complete remodel of a home we were interested in buying!
