Franz was of great help. His knowledge and ability to walk us through the process was an enormous help. He quickly was able to determine our critical needs which allowed us to select our home. Coming from out of state we were not familiar with the California process, so his knowledge important. If asked " would we use Franz again?" the answer would be a big loud yes.
