Eileen is very knowledgable of the market in which we were interested. She has very good people skills and we trusted our offers and counter offers, made using her trusted advice and logic, (she refused to allow me to refer to her as "the expert") then she delivered precisely which produced results to our expectations. She was very good at reviewing the details of the documents and didn't let any suprises slip through the cracks.
We really enjoyed meeting and dealing with her and will recommend her to friends without any reservations.

I have worked with Eileen before, and we both knew what to expect of each other. We were relocating from from out state so given our circumstances we did not have the luxury of house hunting every weekend. We were very happy to work with Eileen. She understood our needs and was able to arrange the showings in a very short period of time. And finally when we found the right house on-line we were not not even in the area but Eileen did all the leg work did the preview for us and handled everything from the contracts to inspections and even thou the seller's did not make the transaction easy we were able to close on time. Eileen is truly wonderful.

Eileen is an outstanding R/E agent. I've never worked with an agent who told me the truth as Eileen did. It was a remarkable experience in that light. There were a couple of mis-steps regarding HVAC inspections and transfer of keys. Otherwise, I've never had such a gratifying experience buying R/E. This was my 7th purchase.
