Mike worked with me for almost a year while we were waiting for our house to sell. He is the most patient realtor I have ever worked with. Every time I called him he answered his phone, I never had to leave him a message. I came out here by myself with out my husband. He helped me find the right property and steered me clear of ones that would not have been right for us. He helped us negotiate an offer that was acceptable to the buyer and us. He helped us with the lender and with the closing. We couldn't have been happier. He is truly a professional. I would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone looking for real estate.

Mike's level of communication & responsiveness is second to none! We NEVER get voicemail, always Mike (and we called at some odd times:) and he was always patient with us. If he didn't have the answer at hand he would research and get back to us quickly. His guidance through the uncharted - for us - waters of a distressed property purchase was the key to this transaction happening!

When the home buying process would stall out due to 3rd parties Mike would always be available with advice and would do what he could to encourage things back on track. We have never been treated with respect by a real estate agent as we were with Mike. We had no idea what we were doing, absolutely none. He explained each step of the process along the way. And he was just so patient. Around the Christmas holidays, we drove by a house, called Mike and said can we see it and he made it seemed as if it weren't an inconvenience or anything...but it was the holidays and we felt it was a little out of his way to show us the house. We spent one day just looking at three or four, and it was not a problem for him at all. The one thing I really appreciated is the fact the he understood that we had to stay within our budget, we are average joe's....we don't live in Fountain Hills with a 5000 sq foot home and three cars.... I sensed that he really cared about our needs, not just making a sale. We have limited finances and he still went out of his way for us. Again, I can't say enough good things about this guy. And his assistant Audrey Papworth, she was on the ball with sending us paperwork via email and me shooting it back to her via email. Though I never met her, she was definately the one that helped organize things for all of us and it was appreciated.
