Mike worked with me for almost a year while we were waiting for our house to sell. He is the most patient realtor I have ever worked with. Every time I called him he answered his phone, I never had to leave him a message. I came out here by myself with out my husband. He helped me find the right property and steered me clear of ones that would not have been right for us. He helped us negotiate an offer that was acceptable to the buyer and us.
