If your looking for someone to "watch your back" during the process of buying Cynthia is the one! I made a couple of offers, one of which wasn't accepted, but I recall her staying up past 2 am working on a deal to present to the seller. That was terrrrrrrific! She was a great negotiator when it came to getting what you want. I would definitely use her again!
