Jennifer Jones is the consummate professional. My husband and I had to wait until all the conditions were right before we could actually purchase a home. We were extremely happy with Jennifer. She was professional, prompt, and patient with us as buyers. She urged us to take the time to get to know the areas we were interested so that we would be happier with our home choice. She didn't rush us into a bad decision. She was very knowledgeable about the areas in which we looked. She was ok with going by our house while it was in escrow to take measurements or do other errands for us because we were out-of-town. She always answered her phone or called us back promptly for any question big or small. She made herself available on weekends for showins.
