This was our 1st house, and we were pretty in the dark about the process. Thomas was really good at explaining things and was patient and helpful. He helped to make the whole thing simple and easy.

He did a good job of showing the homes we wanted to see, not much research was done on his part. Communication was mostly intiated on our part. Once our offer was accepted we hardly heard from him. He did not show up for our closing. Our lender also had a very hard time contacting him as well, she had to obtain our contract from the title person to complete our loan documents. The seller's realtor also expressed to us that he felt very uneasy dealing with Thomas. We had to make arrangements on our own to get the keys to our new home--something the realtor should have done. We have tried to contact Mr. Kaluza since the closing because we are OWED 20% OF HIS COMMISSION AS ADVERTISED PER YOUR WEBSITE. We will be making a phone call to the district manager on Monday. We overall do not feel we were represented properly in this transaction nor do we feel that our best interest were kept in mind during the transaction. Highly unprofessional, not only to us, but all other parties involved in this transaction feel the same way.

In this day and age real customer service is hard to come by. Having to deal long distance to complete a real estate transaction is very taxing, however, Tom Kaluza was able to get all the information we needed to determine if the house we were looking at would fulfill our needs. John Dani was exceptional helping us to complete the deal and detailed ever thing precisely. Both agents were very prompt in returning phone calls and and keeping us up to date, If Iever buy another house I will certainly go through Zip Realty. Thank you, Pat, David A. and David P.Spencer
