Sandra and Joe were wonderful. First off, they listened to our needs and as our search changed direction they helped steer us through neighborhoods we were unfamiliar with. When it became obvious we couldn't find what we needed in our price range in Seattle, they worked tirelessly to help us locate a house that fit the bill in Tacoma. They were generous with their knowledge of the area and that helped us enormously.
Also, Sandra doesn't sleep. During the months of our search we got email alerts and listing, often setting up viewings in a mater of hours. She and Joe were ready seemingly in an instant to show us whatever were demonstrated an interest in.
And they set up a great team. They put us together with wonderful professionals to walk us through the home-buying process.
They tirelessly investigated the houses we were serious about. They were frank about costs and potential issues, like when we put in a bid on a short sale house. We didn't wind up buying that house, but Sandra told us up front how long the process would take and what the likelihood would be of our bid being successful.
Buying a house is stressful. The uncertainties and the feeling of so much being out of your hands can lead to short tempers and restless nights. Sandra and Joe walked us with a calming touch through the entire process, and for that we are very grateful.
