Josh did an amazing job for my family. He was always professional, courteous, and honest. He made sure the homes we saw would suit our needs and requirements. If he noticed a flaw or deficiency in a house, he was quick to point it out. That shows Josh is looking out for his clients. Almost all other residential agents I've worked with are primarily only interested in making a commission; not true of Josh. I highly recommend Josh to everyone, you will not be disappointed.

Josh was professional with a can do attitude. He patiently listened to what we are looking for and found us the perfect home. Josh is very pleasant to be around and he makes excellent recommendations. He helped us found our first home in Valencia, and he is helping us to find an investment property. We would not use him if he was not excellent.
