Kurt was my agent when I bought my current townhome 8 years ago, and we just recently purchased a shortsale property through Kurt again. During both transactions, Kurt demonstrated great professionalism. He was always on time, informative, responsive, knowledgeable and patiently showing us numerous properties almost for a year and half before we decided to make an offer.
