Rick was everything you want a Real Estate agent who goes above and beyond the call of duty! We couldn't have put our house in better hands. Who'd expect their house to sell in a week in this economy? We never did...I guess you just need the right REA!!!

Rick was professional and yet made you feel so at ease and comfortable. He seemed to know our every real estate need and went above and beyond to do whatever was necessary to make things happen. If he handled properties in other areas outside of the bay area he would definitely be our agent on our other property. We were so satisfied that we have already told him that when this house goes on the market ~ we ARE coming to him! We've dealt with so many agents over the years and our overall impression is not a great one! Rick is definitely the exception to that rule! He was amazing and we look forward to working with him again in the future.

Rick went way above and beyond the call of duty. He helped me find and close on a home in a new city in a matter of days...he made multiple trips to the property and closed the loop on all the little details even negotiating for the washer and dryer...A+++ Service as good as a "full service" realtor only the website is 10 times better...I don't know why anyone would work with a regular realtor again, Zip is reinventing buying and selling homes.
