Marcia had very little personality (unusual for a real estate agency) and was not very responsive Whenever I would send her an e-mail, it would take her a very long time to respond. She also seemed to get a litle annoyed when things didn't go as smoothly as we had all hoped. Just not a good feeling at all.

This is untrue. I always answer my emails and phone promptly. True... things don't always go as planned in a real estate transaction but, I never lose my cool.
