Gerrie is very plesant to work with and very responsive. I would recommend that communications would be more discreet between the agent and the seller/buyer. In email communications, I think its best to restate whats going on to the other party versus sending the other party the full e-mails. That leads to the other party seeing information that you would not want shared othwerwise.

This was an out-of-state move into Georgia. Gerrie assisted us for several months when we were in Indiana trying to do our research on the various areas and school systems and provided us with the information to have the ability to zone into an area that would best fit our needs. She made the house viewing process easy. She was impeccable with all paperwork. I felt like I had a true friend helping and guiding me throughout the entire process. We now have a home for our family where we are confident about the school system, the neighborhood, and the area overall. Thank you Gerrie!

She is extremely polite in her dealings with clients. I choose her from the ziprealty site and am really impressed with her performance from the start when I called her till the closing date. Along the line, We have lot of other agents to represent us, also polite but I value her endurance and patience with us thus I called her when we eventually find what we like. though there are lot of repairs that I need for the bank to fixed before we purchase the property but that was not taken care of. Overall, she has an excellent customer service. Gerrie we love you and thanks for the picture gifts.

I was very satisfied with Gerrie. She has a warm personality and great smile. I never felt that I was a stranger to her. I statred talking to Gerrie in November 2006.Because, I had some problem with my credit.She advised me to work with my loan officer and I would be in a position to buy a house, in due time.Gerrie would call me periodcally to see how I was durnng. if was feeling down,she always advised me to keep praying and hang in there. I final meet Gerrie in person August 15,2007, this is the day she wrote a contract for me on my house. I will always keep in touch with her, and send her some buyers if they come my way. Thanks to Gerrie for her support I have a home. She will forever be in my prayers.

Our agent did little to no searching for properties for us to go visit. She relied solely on the ZipRealty automatic emails which rarely provided pictures of the property. We expected her to search the MLS to find homes that sound like to were the stlye and area we were looking for. I had to call her with properties that I searched the internet for. She simply made appointments and waled around the house with us. She never offered and constructive information or advice. I she never pulled any comparable to tell us if the price on the house was vaild or no. She was never in contact with our mortgage company to determine if thing would close on time. And in turn our closing was put off a day and the day of closing we were at the closing attorney's office four well over 8 hours signing the papers. This may not have been her fault entirely but she really did not make any effort to see what the problem was. She did however tell us to call the mortgage while she smoked a cigarette. Actually I am sure I can think of more negative things to say but I don't want to keep going. Thinking of it starts to bring back all those bad feeling I had for her and her quality of service. I felt then and now that she did not earn her commision and wished I could get a refund of any she earn. Also the reason I did not send a response to the survey until now (when your closing was in April) is because I thought I may have overly sensitive at the time. However, it has been over six month and I still view her service the same way. I hae respect for her as an elder. So it was hard for me to answer this survey because I knew I would have to be completely honest so maybe she can be evaluated so know one else receive the same lackluster service that we did.
