What can I say? Mike made the purchase of this property one of the easiest, most pleasant real estate transactions I have ever completed. He was wonderful to work with. I have already recommended him to several friends who are in the market for real estate.

Michael is an outstanding agent, and person! He is professional, caring, understanding and most of all patient. I am a first time home buyer, I am very picky, and I am not particulary patient. Michael worked with my weaknesses and made the process as easy as possible for me. He is intuitve and respectful. After he took me to look at the first home, he was more knowledgable about what I was looking for than I was, remembering likes and dislikes, and always taking notes. He was not judgmental in any way; he obviously wanted me to find the house that I wanted, no matter how long it took! Michael pays attention to detail and was quick to point out any concerns. He answered all of my never ending questions and did not make me feel like I was wasting his time. If I called or emailed, his response time was as close to immediate as he could get, I was not left waiting and/or wondering at any time during the entire process! I work, and there is a time change to deal with, so response time was crucial in my mind. I never once felt any pressure to buy or not buy, it was all up to me, in fact, I would list a strength of Michael's as letting the customer make the decisions without any influence from him.
