I can never reach him on the phone and most of the times his message box is full and could not leave a message even if we did, he would not call us back for couple days. He did not fix the AC before closing which I asked him and I ended up paying for the cost $600. It should be paid by the seller. I still did not receive any keys for my house, garage opener, gate keys and mail box keys. I had to buy new garage door opener and call the lock company to replace mail box keys. He did not even replace my entrance door dial lock still today. He told me simply cut the dial lock with the saw... I am a 1st time buyer and a female it is not fair. Over all experience is just dissatisfied. Because he did not completely fix all minor problems as they were requested, inspector has to come again and again and my closing date was delayed 3 times. If he took care of all the requested repair from the 1st time, I did not have to extend my stay at the apartment and pay the penalty. We had to spend over $1000 just for that because of it. I've asked him to check some details about the house and he never got back to me with the answers. I had to ask same questions over and over again but his answer was I never hear back from the seller... I feel I was mistreated. If he was a responsible person, he could find out the answers and get back to me. I've contacted HOA now, they did not even know that we moved in because my agent Kenny did not give them a call to let them know. Not even one word of conglat to us for purchasing the house yet.

The Buyer in this case asked if she could have the place cleaned prior to moving in. I asked the listing agent if seller would be okay with the cleaning. The seller gave the okay and told Buyer to only Have the cleaning people inside unit. When Buyer told me about the A/C unit I said we would delay closing and have it repaired. She did not want to delay closing because she moved into the unit. I told her that there is no way to have unit repaired unless she moves out. She did not want to move out. I said I would call my A/C tech.He said he can be there the next following morning. Buyer did not want to wait and called her own A/C person to do repairs that same day.
Informed Buyer that after closing would be BEST to have home re-keyed. Told Buyer that she would need to go to the Post Office and inform them she is the new owner and they will issue key to her and let her know what mailbox number is hers. The lock bow (dial lock) she is talking about would be taken off by the listing agent. If it is still there after a week she has the right to cut it off.
I did make request to seller for repairs. Informed client that Seller did do repairs however were not up to the inspector's approval.
The delay in closing was also due to the loan process. The Loan Company would not fund loan until repairs were to inspector's approval.Her loan officer told her that they will have loan fully approved loan and documents and to go ahead and give her notice to apartment complex. I explained to her that do not do that until we have the loan documents at Title.This Buyer simply DID NOT listen!
