It embodies all the significant characteristics, showing the development of this form from the mexican frontier period. Surrounded with gracious deep verandahs this home is one of the original adobe haciendas in the state of california. On a large lot, the grounds include many early plantings, including a rare 150-year-old orange tree from san gabriel mission.
