Located in western Broward County, Riverland Village is a small suburb of Fort Lauderdale that offers all the amenities of a large city, but with the safety and security of a smaller, "hometown" community. For sports fans, within a short drive you can watch professional football, baseball, basketball and hockey teams in action. Riverland Village has a population of 2,108 and a median income of $50,263.

In between enjoy rodeos in Davie, jazz festivals in Riverwalk, the annual International Film Festival and assorted arts and food festivals throughout Broward County. Each December, Fort Lauderdale hosts the sparkling Winterfest Boat Parade.
