Located in Henderson, this up and coming affordable guarded gate community is just 15 minutes from McCarran airport, 20 minutes from the strip and just 4 miles from I-215. Located at the base of the beautiful and picturesque McCullough Mountains, this elegant community offers fantastic strip views as night. In the day light residents can take full advantage of all the nearby lakes, waterfalls and beautiful mountain vistas.

A golfer's dream, the clubhouse is an amazing 33,000 square feet. The exclusive club also features tennis and basketball courts as well as excellent swimming pools. Immediately surrounding the clubs are 1,700 top of the line, luxury homes.

Anthem Coventry is a reasonably priced area neighborhood featuring 1,200 single-family homes. Schools, a skateboard park, an in-line hockey course and baseball fields all in development. Sun City Anthem is one of the Las Vegas Valley's best-known retirement communities. About 6,300 homes are planned in this neighborhood, which caters to active seniors age 55 or older. Sun City Anthem is home to The Revere at Anthem, two 18-hole courses sculpted within the natural canyons of the McCullough Mountains. The 77,000-square-foot Anthem Center offers a variety of social and recreational activities. Another community center is in the works and will feature a performing arts center. Other distinct neighborhoods include Anthem Highlands and Solera at Anthem. All areas of Anthem offer the potential homeowner plenty to choose from.

Anthem is host to excellent shopping, restaurants, medical care, freeways and some of the best schools in the valley. The I-215 Beltway provides easy access to Henderson and the rest of the Las Vegas Valley.
