Novato is located within the rolling green hills of Marin County and is close to a number of hiking, biking, sailing, and surfing options, which will appeal to any outdoor enthusiast or nature lover. The homes here are some of the most affordable in the county and there are a variety of options from condominiums to single family homes to large multi-bedroom homes on a lot of land.
This suburban community has strip malls, fast food restaurants, grocery stores, and movie theaters.
