Fair Oaks is a charming, unique and well-established community located in the unincorporated area of Sacramento County. Home to 29,000 residents, Fair Oaks consists of a mix of suburban and semi-rural neighborhoods. Fair Oaks is situated just a ten minute drive away from Folsom and the many recreational amenities of Folsom Lake State Recreation Area which offers water skiing, sailing, swimming and fishing and is one of the most visited locations in the California State Park system.
