In fact, Frisco received the "Comprehensive Plan of the Year" 2000 award from the Texas Chapter of the American Planning Association for its "Millennium Plan." The largest mall in North Texas, Stonebriar Centre, calls Frisco home. It spans 1.7 million square feet and is anchored by Nordstrom, Macy's and Sears.
