The town's large industrial base results in lower property taxes for residents. To meet the educational needs of its children, Bensenville Elementary School District 2 oversees the village's five public elementary schools. With a focus on reading, the district directs a basic education program; programs in language arts, social studies, mathematics and science are also stressed.
