West Bridgewater is a small residential community adjacent to the City of Brockton. One of West Bridgewater's major assets is its proximity to major highways. One lovely feature of this place is the gazebo around which special events and summer concerts are held.
Another source of the area's charm is the abundance of antique dealers whose shops are spread throughout the community and in two large multi-vendor cooperatives. Towns surrounding West Bridgewater include: Brockton on the north, East Bridgewater on the east, Easton on the west, Raynham on the southwest, and Bridgewater on the south. Besides Brockton and Boston, there are several other cities nearby that serve as hubs of industry and commercial activity. Providence, Rhode Island, for example is 30 miles south.
