Parkville is just minutes from the Baltimore city lines, but also convenient to the neighboring corporate hubs of White Marsh, Towson, and Hunt Valley. Most homes in Parkville are quaint craftsman style cottages and cape cods, although duplexes and row houses are also available. As condo living continues to become more and more popular in the Baltimore area, a number of newer condominiums have also appeared in Parkville.
There is no shortage of things to do in and around Parkville, with its close proximity to Baltimore, Towson, and White Marsh.
