Suwanee is located in Gwinnett County and is home to more than 12,000 residents. The town is located 30 miles north of Atlanta and is accessibly by Interstate 85. The city's amenities as well as it's convenience to Atlanta make it a great community to make home. The city was recently named a City of Excellence by the Georgia Municipal Association and Georgia Trend magazine.

The Old Town area remains much as it must have appeared nearly 100 years ago. Some buildings in the area were reconstructed after an 1881 fire and others were built in the early 1900s.
