Located about an hour away from Atlanta, the area is accessible by Interstate 85 and Interstate 985.
There's a lot to see and do in Gainesville. Like many Georgia towns, Gainesville's downtown area has been revitalized thanks to their Main Street program. Downtown Gainesville now features gift shops, antiques and excellent dining for residents and visitors. Nearby Colonial Lakeshore Mall features major department stores as well as an abundance of specialty stores, services and restaurants.
