This delightful suburb is located just 35 minutes northwest of Atlanta. The city of Acworth sprawls to parts of Cobb, Paulding, Bartow and Cherokee Counties and it's convenience to both Interstate 75 and Highway 41 makes it a great choice for commuters.
Acworth is an outstanding choice for families because the city has something for everyone. Cobblestone Golf Course was recently rated the #1 public course in Georgia by Golf Digest and is a perfect retreat for Acworth dads. Moms will enjoy area shopping, the tranquility that the natural landscape provides and the camaraderie created by such area organizations as the Mom's Club of Acworth. Kids will enjoy a host of activities in the area including hiking, camping, miniature golf and water sports.
While the excitement of Atlanta is only a short drive away and offers a number of exciting venues for families to explore, Acworth has lots to see and do as well.
