3 cups pear nectar
2 tbsp sugar
1 tbsp lemon juice
1 cup sauvignon blanc (or substitute any kind of white wine)
Grenadine (optional)
1. Mix all ingredients together in a medium sized sauce pan.
2. Cook on low for 6 minutes - just to warm it up.
3. Pour into Irish coffee mug.
4. Garnish with a splash of grenadine - it will sink to the bottom for a dramatic finish!

Mocktail Option:
1/4 cup packed brown sugar
3 cinnamon sticks, plus additional to use as stirrers
1 tbsp whole cloves
6 cups pear juice
8 cups apple juice
1. Put the sugar, cinnamon sticks, and cloves in the basket of a coffee percolator.
2. Put the juices in the bottom of the percolator.
3. Let the mixture perk as if making coffee.
4. Serve with cinnamon stick stirrers
