Finally a real estate agency that understands how to serve its customers instead of the company's bottom line! From advanced search tools to world class agent representation - I just don't understand how anyone would want to use an old fashioned real estate agent over Zip. Before Zip, my wife and I felt as if our realtors would hold home and market information hostage in order to keep themselves relevant. Also, simple tasks such as scheduling viewings and answering our basic questions proved to be far too complicated a task for previous agents to manage. With Zip our questions were answered instantly via live chat or with a quick phone call to my agent. Meanwhile, the web tools kept us up-to-date on the homes and areas we cared about...it was as if Zip was working around the clock just for us. Even after we found our house, our agent stuck with us though the entire process and even showed up for the closing (something 3 previous realtors had never done). As impressed as we were with the website and tools offered, the greatest value proved to be in the service and attention Nathan provided us. We will continue to refer friends and family to Zip! Keep up the great work.
