Satisfaction Guarantee Program
As your real estate home buying or selling agent we guarantee that we will meet your service expectations. If, upon closing with us, you do not feel that we have met your service expectations, tell us about it to receive our $1,000 Satisfaction Guarantee.
The Satisfaction Guarantee is available to Registered ZipRealty Clients who complete a home sale or purchase, represented by a ZipRealty Agent. To receive the Satisfaction Guarantee, complete all of the following steps:
Complete the Satisfaction Guarantee Form. All information provided on the Satisfaction Guarantee form must be accurate and consistent with your previous statements to ZipRealty in other communications, including but not limited to other survey responses.
Complete the IRS Form W-9. Because your Satisfaction Guarantee payment exceeds $600, the IRS requires us to report this payment on a Form 1099, which we will send to you at the end of the year.

Completed Satisfaction Guarantee Forms, which are the subject of your request for Satisfaction Guarantee payment, must be received by ZipRealty Inc. within 30 days of the close of escrow on your transaction with ZipRealty.
ZipRealty will review your completed Satisfaction Guarantee Form and upon determining the accuracy and consistency of the information provided, will pay the Satisfaction Guarantee.

*Limitations
We reserve the right to request follow-up information to complete the processing of your claim. All co-buyers and co-sellers agree that this guarantee is limited to one $1000.00 Satisfaction Guarantee payment per property transaction. The Satisfaction Guarantee is only available to home buyers or sellers who close escrow with ZipRealty, Inc. as their sole and exclusive agent. Satisfaction Guarantee claims must be received by ZipRealty within 30 days of the close of escrow. The Satisfaction Guarantee is only available to home buyers or sellers who closed escrow on a property located within ZipRealty's Portland district. Terms and conditions of the Satisfaction Guarantee are subject to change and/or discontinuation without notice.
