My interest in real estate began when I was a teenager. I watched and learned about real estate through my father. I learned about the pride that ownership brings. I've been a life long resident of the East Bay, and, as an adult, I have been fortunate to have benefited from the increased value that each of my homes has gained. I've never purchased a house to flip but instead benefited from living in a home, improving it over time and recognizing the increased appreciation that results over several years. In today's market I think it's especially important to remember these principles.

Prior to choosing real estate as a profession, I had more than 15 years in sales and management of a small business that I co-founded. During this time I was also fortunate to have had the opportunity to purchase commercial property in conjunction with my business. These are exciting transactions and through leverage, I was able to significantly increase my initial investment.

On a professional level, I'm motivated by serving my clients and working in their best interests. Whether it's a personal residence or an investment property, I want my clients to buy the property that best suits their needs, in a neighborhood they desire and at the best possible price. I want to earn the trust of each of my clients and I want them to be 100% satisfied with the purchase they've made. I pride myself on asking questions and listening to my client's answers and in doing so I will be looking out for my client's best interests. Collapse
