Buying and selling real estate can seem like a daunting experience, with an overwhelming number of details, choices, and questions. The first-time homebuyer may not know where/how to start and what to anticipate in the process. The investors must have confidence in the agent's guidance and knowledge of the local market to ensure a prudent investment. The sellers need a marketing and detail-oriented representative to get the best possible overall price in the shortest time.
