The housing market in the 23 metro areas analyzed by ZipRealty held steady as the second quarter came to a close. The median home sales price increased 6.6% year-over-year as of June 30. Sacramento home prices grew 15% year-over-year, followed by Austin with 14% growth, Las Vegas and Houston with 12% growth, Orlando with 11% growth, and Dallas and the Bay Area, each with home price growth of 9%.
