Spooky Homes and Haunted Real Estate

A recent survey by Realtor.com found that 1 out of 3 people would consider buying a property considered “haunted”. Of course, some people would be stopped by strange noises while others would brave past ghost sightings. In the spirit of Halloween, here are a few homes that may send a chill up your spine!

Haunted Mansion Replica

While this home may not be literally haunted, it certainly is an amazing homage to one of Disneyland’s creepiest and most memorable rides – The Haunted Mansion! Listed for $873,000, this 7 bedroom, 6 bathroom home in Georgia has no windows… and no doors. Just kidding! but it’s pretty impressive.

Arizona Home with spirits of Fido and Rover

Listed for $250,000, this San Tan Valley home comes complete with a pet grooming and boarding business, and… a pet cemetery! I’d rather run into the ghost of Fido than a human being, but then again, I thought all dogs went to heaven!

Winchester Mystery House

If I had my pick, I would live in the ultra-creepy and extra-gorgeous Winchester Mystery House. While the labyrinthine Victorian mansion is not for sale, the maze of hallways, secret passages, and Séance Room are enough to scare away most (living) visitors!

Happy Friday and almost-Halloween!
