Manteca business owners should consider joining the Convention & Visitor's Bureau

You may well be buying one of the homes for sale in Manteca, CA with plans to start a business in the city. If so, you should consider becoming a part of the Manteca Convention and Visitor's Bureau (CVB), an organization that serves in part as a chamber of commerce with resources for local business owners and also as the tourism promotion authority for Manteca.

The CVB is based out of the Manteca Visitors Center, located at 1422 Grove Avenue, near the commercial hub of the Promenade Shops at Orchard Valley. As part of this organization, you would help to promote and sponsor business conferences, meetings, sports events and other community occasions within in city, all in the interest of boosting the popularity of Manteca among tourists and residents alike.

Membership will provide you with a number of perks, some available at all levels of membership, others exclusive to certain tiers. General benefits include being mentioned in visitors guides distributed at the center, and promotion on the CVB website and at various events that the organization sponsors and manages. 

To become a member, you can download the necessary form and complete it by hand to turn in at the Visitor's Center or complete the process online. The lowest level of membership costs $75. To be a supporter, partner, senior circle member or be part of the President's Committee, it respectively costs $150, $250, $500 or $1,000.
