If so, it's time you checked out El Dorado Hills, CA real estate - despite the area's reputation for priciness, you'll notice a considerable amount of reduced-price listings on lots and land here.

You can find smaller land parcels - less than 30,000 square feet - in El Dorado Hills starting at just under $50,000, and quite a few parcels are below $120,000. At prices this low, you'll run into more than a few foreclosures.
