Los Angeles ranks among the most dynamic cities in the world

There's a lot to be said about Los Angeles. Not only is it the city that's in the middle of the latest media buzz, celebrity happenings and Hollywood events, but it's also home to some of the best teams in professional sports including the Lakers and Dodgers. The magazine states that it considered the global powerhouses of the coming urban revolution and partnered with McKinsey Global Institute to create a list of 75 cities. Los Angeles has been ranked number 12, the second highest US city ranking after New York, which was seventh.

According to the source, the population in LA in 2010 was 12.9 million and it is expected to reach 15 million by 2015. Furthermore, the city's Gross Domestic Product (GDP) is expected to grow 44 percent by 2015. For those considering relocating to the area, it's a great time to have a renewed sense of pride for this city.
