Stapleton unveils the largest, most modern library in the Migh Hile City

A city with a great library is a great city, so families looking for real estate in Denver have yet another reason to look at Stapleton, one of the fastest growing neighborhoods in the metro area. With 28,000 square feet of space, the new Sam Gary Library is a long-awaited promise to a neighborhood that is on track to becoming one of the most family-friendly areas in town.

With 4,000 homes recently erected in Stapleton, more recreational facilities for children are becoming a priority for the community, and this beautiful new library is just the beginning. People looking for homes for sale in Denver will be drawn to everything this library has to offer. The new amenities feature brand new books as part of a grant from the Better Denver Bond program alongside fifty computers and 100,000 resources available for free public use.

Named after Sam Gary, a community activist who took special interest in the Stapleton community, many are excited about the prospects of the new library, which is expected to be very busy right out of the starting gate. Local residents got to tour the facilities recently and are looking forward to see how this institution will positively affect the Stapleton neighborhood.
