Colorado Wine Week descends on Denver
The second annual Colorado Wine Week offers Denver residents the opportunity to try vintages and blends. The event will include multiple presentations, booths and access to over 50 wineries and 30 restaurants, reports the Denver Business Journal.
Denver residents are used to multiple beer weeks to celebrate the areas more traditional beverage, however, this new event looks to prompt the expansion of adult beverage appreciation. Locals who’ve recently purchased one of the homes for sale in Denver may appreciate spending some time at the festival.
The event includes the Colorado Wine Farmers’ Market, the Colorado Wine Cocktail Celebration and the Colorado Urban Winefest.
"[The festival] has the potential to be the most important seek in raising awareness in Colorado wine’s century-plus history," Jacob Harkins, who is handling publicity for the Colorado Association for Viticulture and Enology, told the news source.
Going on from June 3 to 9, residents may enjoy taking in the atmosphere and the local wines being offered. It could be an especially fun event for those residents who’ve recently purchased one of the homes for sale in Denver and are looking for new friends and entertainment.
