Anna Marie Erwert

Anna Marie ErwertAnna Marie Erwert, like many an optimistic Bay Area renter, refuses to recognize that her dream of actual home ownership in San Francisco is only slightly less implausible than world peace. She spends much of her time studying the market, readying herself to pounce should the right home show itself. She has written extensively for Bay Area based real estate blogs, including Redfin, San Francisco Schtuff, and the Front Steps. She is also a regular contributor to the San Francisco Chronicle’s SFGate real estate blog, On the Block.

Recently married, Anna accepted her husband’s family name, changing from Anna Marie Hibble to Anna Marie Erwert. The newlyweds look forward to putting the days of renting far, far behind them.

When not pounding the pavement on open house Sundays, Anna teaches writing at San Francisco State and Skyline colleges. She decompresses with the help of yoga, loud rock shows, dive bars and dog walks.

Sarah Louise Green

Sarah Louise Green has degrees in literature and creative writing, which she currently puts to use editing listing flyers at ZipRealty and contributing to the ZipCode blog. Like most fledgling writers, she dreams of being published in the New Yorker, enjoys cocktails on a regular basis, and spends way too much time on the internet reading Gawker and watching YouTube videos of babies laughing hysterically.

Sarah is still in the renter phase of her life and has lived in seven zip codes. She currently lives in and loves Oakland and hopes to stay there for quite some time.
