In fact, 7x7 said this is where you should go to get the most house for your money in the city, with the median house price at $635,000 or approximately $243 per square foot.
3. Sea Cliff - If luxury is what you're after, look no further than the community of Sea Cliff. Known for its grand estates overlooking breathtaking views of the Pacific Ocean and Golden Gate Bridge, these homes will cost you a pretty penny. The median sale price for a home in Sea Cliff is $2.4M reports 7x7, but it will be well worth it if you appreciate elegance and easy access to the ocean.
