I obtained my real estate license in 1989 and remember my professor mentioning that real estate is the most valuable asset that one could own. I took his advice and purchased and managed several investment properties in Santa Barbara. In 1992, my wife and I were relocated to the Bay Area. We purchased a home in Foster City for $475,000 which recently resold for $1.2mm. I am totally committed to working with my clients to fulfill their goals with the purchase or sale of real estate. I treat each transaction as if it were my own, e.g., researching neighborhoods, school districts, zoning restrictions, financing options - whatever it takes. To aid you with your new aquisition, I have a team of contractors that can also provide painting, plumbing, internet connections, etc. I'm creative and have a great eye for staging, decorating or landscaping improvements to help you see the possibilities. I've worked on numerous corporate reloaction transactions and am quite sensitive to clients adjusting to new communities.
