I decided to start a career in real estate as a Realtor in 2004 because I have always excelled at brokering and bringing parties together amicably with positive results. When I started my practice as a real estate broker, I found that I enjoyed helping buyers find their ultimate home, and helping sellers find the most suitable buyer at the best and most reasonable price. My approach is to focus on the needs of the customer, listen carefully, offer advice where appropriate, and work in partnership with the customer to achieve the ultimate goal of finding the best home that suits your needs. I work hard on your behalf in all aspects of the transaction and search process to take some of the stress and confusion out. I have found that my background in teaching and education has been crucial in breaking down the various aspects of the home buying or selling process for my customers. Some of the courses I've taken in conflict resolution, diplomacy, and international politics have also come in handy during negotiations and relations between parties during property transactions.
