After a successful 4 year career in construction, followed by a 15 year career in advertising & marketing, I naturally gravitated toward the real estate profession because of my strong interest and aptitude for architecture, construction and home design. While I have experience buying fixer-upper properties to renovate, I am most driven by helping home buyers and sellers through the challenging process of real estate buying and selling. For buyers, I have acquired an extensive network of lenders who are able to consult with my clients about the best financing alternatives for them. With my 15 years of experience in marketing and my B.S. degree in advertising, I have enhanced my ability to market, advertise, and sell real estate to obtain the highest possible price for real estate sellers.
I will assist home buyers and sellers with title work, negotiation, paperwork, financing and property inspections, and will serve as the primary consultant to my clients throughout this process. I believe that my job is to provide my clients with the best possible service - I don't want my clients to deal with clerks and or other parties who are unfamiliar with the property or the situation.
