Having owned residences in the U.S. and Europe, I know how stressful the process of selling or buying a property can be. With the right REALTOR, this can be much less painful. While the old saying in real estate is "Location, Location, Location!," I believe that a great REALTOR must "Listen, Listen, Listen!" to his clients. It's all about you, the customer, and that's the way it should be.
