Every real estate transaction consists of two major components - logic and emotion. Logically, we all want to get the most value. However, when we are a party to a real estate transaction, it is impossible not to be swayed by emotions. I am drawn to real estate as a career because I have the analytical skills to negotiate a smooth transaction from contract to closing and the compassion to manage the intense emotions related to any sale. My goal and commitment is to uphold the code of ethics, negotiate and manage a contract that creates a win-win for all parties involved, and get to the closing table with the least amount of aggravation.
My family moved to South Florida when I was five years old. Over the years, I watched it grow from small towns to a booming luxury market. I attended college at the University of Florida and went on to law school at The American University. After law school, I stayed in the DC area and specialized in business development and contract negotiations for joint ventures. I created win-win business solutions. Upon returning to South Florida, I found the best combination of all of my skills led me to real estate. As much as I love negotiating and managing contracts, there is one thing I love more - people.
