The designations after my name let you know that I have continued to increase my level of professionalism. The GRI (Graduate Realtor Institute) designation is earned after completing a comprehensive education program in residential real estate that covers everything from contract law to professional standards as well as finance and risk reduction. Less than 2% of all real estate agents have a GRI designation. The ABR (Accredited Buyer Representative) designation is awarded to Realtors who have demonstrated a commitment to buyers, both through education and experience. The Senior Advantage Real Estate Council, awards the SRES designation to Realtors who complete their training program which address the real estate needs of home buyers age 55 plus.

Prior to joining the ZipRealty professionals, I also helped my clients obtain their mortgage loans. As a mortgage broker I earned the designation of a Certified Mortgage Planning Specialist (CMPS). Less than 1% of all mortgage brokers and lenders are CMPS certified. The CMPS curriculum incorporates the five essential CMPS skill sets related to integrating a client's mortgage, debt and home equity strategy into their overall financial plan: Financial Market and Interest Rate Analysis, Cash Flow & Debt Analysis, Real Estate Equity Management, Real Estate Investment Planning, and Mortgage & Real Estate Taxation Concepts.
