I am pleased to be able to provide my clients with the level of service that they expect from an investor agent. What is an investor agent? This is the rare real estate agent who understands the investing side of real estate. I show my clients how to properly analyze properties for investment purposes, account for declining markets and offer fast sell tips that work in any market. DC investors will find an agent who is well versed in landlord/ tenant issues.

First time home buyers can look forward to an agent who is familiar with the various programs in the DC area that can make buying a home a real possibility. Sellers have access to an agent who understands how to sell a house fast, i.e., property is upside down (mortgage is higher than the value of the home) or where the owner is behind on payments. As an investor agent, I am comfortable speaking to banks regarding short sales, forebearances and loan modifications.
