"When I was interested in looking into buying a house a few months ago, Rosemary's name immediately came to mind. I knew Rosemary from the past, as our children went to the same school at one point.
Rosemary has a very "laid-back" approach to salesmanship. She is not the typical pushy salesperson that we have all grown to dread and avoid. She offers suggestions but wants to make sure that what you decide is really what you want as a purchaser. She repeatedly said, "This is YOUR investment, YOU need to be happy with the decision, not ME."
She is very relaxed and offers constant reassurance. I could not afford much in a house. But Rosemary (said) we would find something that I would like and in my price range. She said that if we are patient, the house will come. She proceeded to forward listings to me that were within my price range and within the communities I was interested in. I liked that. Sometimes realtors will bait you with more expensive houses and try to convince you that you can afford something out of your comfort zone. Buying a house is stress enough, much less having someone adding more.
Rosemary was very accommodating with looking at houses. She worked around my schedule and she did not hurry me at all. She did not make a huge commission on me but treated me as if she were. Now that's impressive!
Sure enough, within a few weeks, we did find something.... within my price range and something I was totally happy with.
She kept me well-informed about each step and lined me up with very competent loan and title people.
If I decide to sell and buy again, Rosemary will get the call.
